Mike K. and Evan G., due to personal commitments, have transitioned to on-call director roles, allowing for a more flexible engagement with the company's operations. This shift ensures that their expertise is available when most needed without compromising their work-life balance. Meanwhile, Kevin C. has taken on a more nuanced role, spearheading the essential backend processes that keep the airline running smoothly. His work, mostly behind the scenes, remains a critical element of our day-to-day success.

Alex K. remains in his director position, continuing to provide leadership and stability during this period of transition. Likewise, Jerry R. retains his role as Operational Manager, ensuring the continuity of operations. Looking forward, the company is excited to announce upcoming staff positions to further bolster our capabilities. In July 2024, we expect to add two Operational Managers to the team, followed by the appointment of Regional Station Managers and a Marketing Manager in August 2024.
